Young and Awkward

If you are reading this consider yourself tagged! I am sure you all have pictures of your awkward stages of life. There are a very few people that never have to be humbled by these awful years. (my sister is one of them) The middle school id pictures show the difference a year and getting the braces off make.
The top picture is when my older brother came home from his church mission in Germany. I am the youngest girl with the pink shorts. Notice the lovely black shoes. I think that was my only pair because just about every picture I have of me I am wearing those. My little brother, Stephen, has the whitest legs I have ever seen, next to my dads.
Lets see your younger years!

Do I see pleated shorts in those pictures?? I'll admit I owned a few pairs myself. What was I thinking?

I LOVE this post, I am going to have to dig out my awkward pictures, deep in the closet, but there are plenty of them! I was a LATE bloomer and apparently loved PERMS.....yikes

You were always beautiful, even with a perm!
Aaron was just taking off for his mission to Germany after his stint in the MTC. We were headed to Lagoon afterward, so that's why everyone was dressed in neon.
Where were the other kids that didn't make it into the Halloween photo?

Erika,

Those pictures are awesome! You're still cute even with your perm and pink shorts and black shoes.

Apparently you've passed your awkward years, I think I'm still in them.
