The girls and I frequently go to the park while Tyler is at soccer practice nearby. Tonight there was a family there with their several rabbits. 3 adults and about 5 newborns. My girls went crazy except Samantha who wasn't too sure about them. The owner wouldn't let the girls hold the babies, because if they get an unfamiliar scent on them their mother might reject them and refuse to feed them. So we just looked at the cute wee ones.
Hannah, Sara and Samantha

The babies all snuggling together.

Hannah protecting her baby sister, Samantha from the red-eyed rabbits.

Emily by the little ones, wanting so badly to pick one up.

Sara and Hannah couldn't stay away. Emily, Samantha and I went over to play, but these two stayed near the animals.

By the way my kids all love their teachers this year and are having fun so far!

RE flats: the gap
cute!! bunnies are too
My little Cooper wants a bunny so badly! They are cute though. We just have to get a cage and we can have a free bunny. Cute pics.
Your girls are so much braver than I am!! You could not pay me enough to touch a bunny let alone pick one up! Eli thinks it was pretty cool though.

How did Emily ever stay strong enough not to just reach out and pick one of those babies up? I'm impressed. Maybe she's growing up a little :)
i think we had a bunny for about a week when i was little. it ends sadly so i'll keep it at that :) fun day at the park!
